CONGRATULATIONS TO NSW INTERNATIONAL SQUAD MEMBERS!!!

A special congratulations to our gymnasts who were selected into the NSW International Elite Bronze Squad for 2010.  Harriet Hunnisett will be competing in 3A or 5 International this year, while Savannah Fisher will compete in Level 1A.  Goodl Luck girls. We hope you enjoy working with some of the top coaches in Australia during your training sessions.



LEVEL 4-6 STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS 2009

Congratulations to our Level 4-6 National gymnasts for such a great competition season in 2009. Well done particularly to Terri-Aspa Vandarakis for placing 5th Overall at the NSW State Championships in Level 5.  Well done to the other girls who placed in the top 15 in NSW:- Annelise Vernier for apparatus and overall, Elizabeth Lambrinos for apparatus and overall, Joanna Mouratidis for 5th Beam and 14th Vault, and Francesca Stokes for 14th Bars.  Well Done.
 



STATE LEVELS TRAMPOLINING CHAMPIONSHIPS 2009

A big congratulations to all of our Trampolinists who competed in the 2009 State Levels Championships.  We had many placings in the top 3, including a Level 4 State Champion on Trampoline.  Thank you to Nick Wilkinson for all his hard work and well done to all the competitors for such fantastic results.



Trampoline and Tumbling

 TRAMPOLINING AND TUMBLING  (7yrs+)

There are a range of Trampolining and Tumbling classes held at E.G.A.  Classes involve training on the large trampoline, mini-tramp, tumble trampoline and tumbling on floor.  The 14m air trak is also a feature we use in some lessons to improve tumbling skills.

We currently hold classes from beginners to Level 4.  Competitions are optional for advanced trampolinists.  Training is limited to 1 or 2 days per week only.  Many of our trampolinists placed in the top 6 in the 2009 State Levels Championships.
